Refund Policy

Our refund policy

Straight answer first. Last updated June 10, 2026.

Eligible for a refund

  • ✓Within 7 days of payment, if age verification hasn’t been completed and the player hasn’t been used in any USSSA event or roster.
  • ✓Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same player, we’ll refund the duplicate immediately.
  • ✓Billing or technical errors on our end — full refund, no questions, anytime.
  • ✓Fraudulent charges — if you didn’t authorize the purchase, contact us right away. We’ll refund and investigate.

Not eligible for a refund

  • ✗After 7 days, even if the membership hasn’t been used.
  • ✗Once verification is complete, regardless of how long ago payment was made.
  • ✗Once the player has used the membership — registered for an event, added to a coach’s roster, or had their QR scanned at a field.
  • ✗Memberships revoked for cause (falsified age, rule violation, USSSA suspension, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • ✗Change of mind after the season starts. Annual memberships run a full year from payment.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email you used to register, with:

  • The player’s name and Member ID (e.g. USSSA-IA-2026-1234567)
  • The date of payment
  • A short note on why you’re requesting the refund

We process eligible refunds within 5 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method (the card you used at checkout); banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your issuer.

A note on chargebacks

If you don’t recognize a USSSA Membership charge or are unsure why you were charged, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us a fee on top of the refund and can take 60-90 days to resolve, even when we’d have refunded you immediately if you’d asked.

We will always work with you to resolve a billing concern directly. If we can’t reach a resolution, you’re of course free to dispute with your bank.
